Mr. Wiernik was the Chairman of the Israeli Real Estate Appraisers Association 2003-2008.

Mr. Wiernik was one of the first appraisers that were nominated as Arbitrator Appraisers by the Minister of Justice, an office which he held 2009-2012.

Mr. Wiernik initiated the Real Estate Appraisal Standards Committee in the Ministry of Justice and acts as a member since.
